Masterclass’s Crusty Bake non-stick 1lb loaf pan has perforated sides to allow moisture to escape, giving you an exceptionally crusty loaf! You’ll immediately see that loaves baked in a perforated tin have much more golden-brown, crispy finish compared to a traditional solid tin.

The 1lb loaf tin measures 15cm, which is slightly smaller than the more ubiquitous 2lb loaf tin.

The non-stick coating on this tin will help you turn out your loaves without leaving precious crust in the tin. Use the tin for classic bread making, or line it with pastry and make a Gala pie – filled with sausage meat and a boiled egg.

Maximum temperature is 220°C. Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe.
